Aston Villa to struggle to convince Man City star Jack Grealish to make return to Villa Park

Jack Grealish might be leaving Manchester City in a few months to rejoin Aston Villa, and another player who is now at Villa Park may be departing as well. With trips to the FA Cup semi-finals and the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals, Unai Emery’s team has had a generally successful season.

But both events ended in disappointment, and Villa supporters will be especially depressed following their 3-0 loss to Crystal Palace at Wembley on Saturday, April 26. After a Marcus Rashford development later on Saturday, Villa’s situation only got worse. But a recent rumor regarding Grealish’s possible return to Villa Park might improve the atmosphere in the West Midlands.

According to Caught Offside, Grealish is being watched by several Premier League teams, and Kevin De Bruyne has already stated that he will be leaving after ten years when his contract expires in the summer.

Jack Grealish is wanted by multiple Premier League sides

In their FA Cup semi-final loss to Palace, Morgan Rogers was a letdown for Villa. It doesn’t, however, detract from the 22-year-old’s excellent season under Emery. It has been reported that City may make a highball bid for Rogers this summer as a result.

In an exclusive interview with Villa News, former Villa scout Bryan King expressed his belief that Grealish will be part of a deal. King said Grealish will go back to the Midlands. He is very accepting of his current residence.

But he is from the Midlands. He was returning to Villa, I could see. If Rogers was the type of player Manchester City was interested in, I would assume he would be involved in any trade that was being discussed.

If the FA Cup finalists are able to return to top-tier European play, they aim to persuade Grealish to join them at the City Ground. According to reports, City will consider offers between £38 and £43 million even though they realize they will lose a lot of money on Grealish.
