Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson remains fully involved in first-team training despite growing speculation over a potential move to Galatasaray.

Will Ederson Stay? Man City Goalkeeper Trains Amid Exit Talk

Ederson slams claims that he was 'affected' by praise for Stefan Ortega

The Brazilian shot-stopper, whose future has been uncertain since last summer, is entering the final year of his contract at the Etihad.

The 31-year-old faced competition for his starting spot last season, with Stefan Ortega Moreno stepping in during his inconsistent phases.

Despite this, manager Pep Guardiola still considers Ederson part of his plans for the upcoming campaign.

However, reports suggest the goalkeeper has agreed personal terms with Galatasaray, though City will only sanction a move if their valuation is met.

City have already reshaped their goalkeeping department this summer, signing James Trafford for £27 million and adding Marcus Bettinelli as a backup.

If Ederson departs, the Premier League champions could accelerate their pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain’s Gianluigi Donnarumma, with personal terms already agreed.

For now, Ederson continues to train normally and is expected to start in City’s Premier League opener against Wolves on Saturday. The club remains reluctant to sell but may allow his exit if a suitable offer arrives before the transfer deadline.

Meanwhile, City have been busy streamlining their squad, with James McAtee joining Nottingham Forest for £30 million and Jack Grealish moving to Everton on loan.

As Guardiola prepares for another title challenge, Ederson’s situation remains one to watch in the coming weeks.
