Erling Braut Haaland of Man City is still lighting up the Premier League in his first season with the Manchester club, and his goal against Everton on Sunday has elevated the Norwegian striker to an elite club
The 22-year-old scored in the 39th minute at Goodison Park to give City a 2-0 lead.
With this goal, Erling Braut Haaland has now scored in five straight away Premier League games for Man City, making him just the third player to accomplish this feat, joining Sergio Aguero (on three occasions) and Uwe Rosler.
The streak started back in February against Bournemouth and has now reached Everton. With away visits still remaining this season to Brentford and Brighton, the Norway international will try to increase that before the season is out.
With his 36th goal of the season, Erling Braut Haaland extended the record for the most goals scored in a single Premier League season.
There will probably be more records broken before the season is over since the 22-year-old is driving Man City’s push for a historic treble.
