Trent Alexander-Arnold hails Kevin de Bruyne as the best passer he has played against.
Man City ace Kevin de Bruyne was recently named the second-best football player in the world by Goal.
Goal published a list of the top 50 players on the planet which features 25 male and 25 female footballers based on their performance in the 2019/20 season.
There seems to be a great deal of respect between the two and the Liverpool defender considers the Belgian playmaker as the best passer of the game.
“He is the best passer I’ve ever played against,” Alexander-Arnold said.
“When you’re in and amongst it, it’s rare that you still have those ‘wow’ moments, where you’re taken aback by what you see.
“When you’re playing every day and training with those sort of players, you almost get accustomed to seeing it.
“But De Bruyne is still the one who gives me those moments, where I’m watching one of his games and he’ll produce a pass where I’m just like: ‘Wow!’”
