A full agreement has been reached between Man City and Dortmund.
Manchester City defender Yan Couto is on the verge of joining Borussia Dortmund on a one-year loan deal with an obligation to buy. He joined the Premier League winners from Coritiba in 2020.
The 22-year-old has never made a first-team appearance for the Cityzens. He spent the majority of his time on loan. He represented Girona and Braga since his arrival at Etihad.
The Brazilian right-back has made 95 appearances for Girona, scoring five goals and providing 17 assists. He netted twice and provided 10 assists in 39 appearances across all competitions. He helped his club to finish third in La Liga to secure the Champions League for next season.

As per the report of journalist Patrick Berger, a full agreement has been reached between the two clubs. He will spend the 2024-25 season on loan at Dortmund. He is said to have agreed a five-year deal with Bundesliga giants.
Yan Couto is expected to undergo his medical with BVB later this week. Dortmund considers him as their leading target at right-back.
