Man City defender appeared to be quite distressed as he was stretchered from the field.
Man City face a huge blow ahead of important Premier League and Champions League matches. This injury blow came during the UEFA Nations League match between the Netherlands and Germany.
Man City defender Nathan Ake was stretchered off during the first half of the match with an apparent muscle injury. He may miss out major part of the season now. His injury looks slightly bigger than expected.
Nathan Ake was withdrawn with what appeared to be a serious muscular injury in action for the Netherlands tonight vs Germany.

Nathan Ake looked to have pulled a muscle in his pursuit of the ball. He appeared to be quite distressed as he was stretchered from the field.
Ake will not take part in any competitive game this month. Man City will resume their Premier League campaign against Brentford this weekend. They also have a Champions League game against Inter Milan this month. Their EFL cup campaign will also start next week and they will meet Arsenal as well in Premier League game.
