Divin Mubama of West Ham has agreed to personal terms with Man City after the club hijacked his move to Portugal, sources have told Football Insider. Although West Ham made him an offer for additional terms, the striker’s contract at the London Stadium expired at the end of June, making him a free agent.
A comprehensive agreement has finally been reached by all parties, with City and West Ham agreeing to a compensation sum of about £1.5 million. Before City made a move, 19-year-old Mubama was scheduled to sign with Portuguese team Famalicao. This comes after new signing Savinho was hit in the knee during the 2-0 victory over Chelsea, and Oscar Bobb broke his leg during training.
