As per reports, there is no deal finalised and the 33-year-old can plan for a new challenge. Man City boss Pep Guardiola said earlier that De Bruyne will not be leaving the club this summer.

As per the reports of the Daily Mail, the Cityzens are planning to meet with De Bruyne to ascertain his plans are for the future. The report adds that the City are set to schedule talks for when the playmaker returns to Manchester next month.

De Bruyne is expected to link up with the Man City squad to play some part in the pre-season tour of the US. The 33-year-old managed to finish the 2023-24 season with six goals and 18 assists in 26 competitive appearances.
