Manchester City are reportedly going after Harry Kane next.
German news outlet, BILD claims that a £90m bid is being prepared for the summer.
Pep Guardiola is trying to replace Kun Aguero in attack and has picked Kane to be his ideal replacement. Tottenham Hotspur will in no way let Kane go this season so a move is only realistic after.
Kane is no doubt, one of the best strikers in the world currently. He has scored 20 goals or more for the past six seasons and has tied down two Premier League Golden Boots in the process as well.
Jose Mourinho has turned him into an even more lethal attacker in a false nine role. This allows Kane to drop deep use his strengths well and set up his team’s attack. The Englishman has scored 9 and laid out an astonishing 10 assists in 15 Premier League games this season.
City could get a solid number nine for years to come if they manage to pull this transfer off. Spurs would no doubt resist City’s advances even if it is for a such a sizeable fee. But they can only keep Kane for so long without winning any silverware.
