Julian Alvarez has signed a contract extension with the Cityzens.
The World Cup winner has extended his contract with Manchester City until the summer of 2028.
He joined City’s squad last summer and has been phenomenal under Pep Guardiola.
The 23-year-old striker has scored ten goals in 33 games so far for the Premier League title-holders.
He has been so impressive since his arrival from River Plate in July, the club decided to extend his deal on improved terms.
He was part of the World Cup winning squad of Argentina and scored four goals in Qatar.
The Argentina forward has attracted interest from Real Madrid, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain but he decided to extend his deal at the Etihad.

“This is a very proud moment for me and my family,” he said. “For a club like City to put their faith in me like this is amazing.
“I have been really pleased with my first season here, but I have plenty more I can do. I know I can be better, and City offer me everything I need to fulfil my potential.”
