Liverpool not in a position to challenge Premier League title claims Jurgen Klopp.
Jurgen Klopp believes his side would struggle to challenge Manchester City in the title race with City leading nine points with a game in hand.
The German manager claims his team will be unable to apply pressure and Guardiola thinks that Klopp doesn’t believe what he said.
The Reds would finish with 96 points if they were to win all their remaining games and Guardiola believes Klopp’s side is capable of doing that.
“I don’t believe him,” said Guardiola ahead of City’s trip to Norwich on Saturday.
“Absolutely (it’s possible) and he thinks the same, otherwise he wouldn’t be the competitor that he is. Of course he believes.
“In football, everything can happen. But he knows that he has to win a lot of games – like we know we have to win a lot of games – to fight to be champion again.”
