Pep Guardiola is expecting a more aggressive Liverpool side on Sunday.
Liverpool is struggling in their title defence this season having just 2 wins in eight Premier League games.
Jurgen Klopp’s men saw their 68-match unbeaten home run in the Premier League shattered by Burnley last month.
The Reds have failed to score a goal in three successive home matches for the first time since October 1984.
Man City are seven points ahead of the champions in the Premier League table yet Guardiola expects an aggressive Liverpool side.

“They are always an incredible top team, they remain a top squad,” said Guardiola.
“They know the process, the skills, the methodology, the routines they do offensively and defensively.
“They are aggressive and (on Sunday) they will be more aggressive than ever. I am sure they will have rested really well after the game against Brighton and they will be ready.
“It is always difficult, Liverpool. It is a top club, top history, top players, top manager, backroom staff.”
