Man City striker Sergio Aguero could play against West Brom.
City’s all-time leading goalscorer has been limited to only four appearances this season.
Following the knee surgery back in the summer, Aguero featured in only four games before suffering a hamstring injury in City’s 1-0 win at Olympiakos.
Pep Guardiola believes Aguero could return to the first team and was expected to play some part in the Manchester Derby.
Aguero scored on his return from injury in a comfortable 3-0 win against Marseille.
When asked if the Argentine striker would be available for the West Brom game, Guardiola admitted that it’s too soon to make a decision and patience is required.

“I don’t know. Hopefully,” he answered in reply. “We will see.
“He was fit yesterday but not selected. With Sergio, it’s one step at a time.
“He made one week’s training session after four months out.
“Hopefully, Sergio can come back and train and get as many minutes to get back as soon as possible.”
