When Raheem Sterling was only 5 years old, his mom moved from Jamaica to England. Over there, Raheem attended Copland Community School. Raheem got inspired by football from early age and joined his old neighborhood nearby club, Alpha and Omega. After a brief time he was picked and started preparing at Queens Park Rangers institute.

Together they gave birth to a daughter named Emily Rose. However, the couple didn’t stay together for long after their daughter’s birth and split up soon after.

Sterling is currently dating his girlfriend Paige Milian. She moved to Manchester City when he was signed by the Cityzens, and he has another child with her – a son named Thiago in 2017. In 2019, they welcomed their second son together, called Thai.

5. Raheem Sterling’s Tattoo Has A Deep Meaning Behind it

Sterling has a tattoo of a rifle – an M16 rifle to be precise – on his leg. Several anti-violence movement groups criticised him for having such a violent tattoo on his body. However, he explained by saying that the tattoo has a deeper meaning to it. The rifle tattooed was the same one used to kill his father when Sterling was only 2 years of age. He has the tattoo in memory of his father and not because of any violent agenda. He has even said that when on the field or in a game, he performs for his father. Even though he never really got to know his father, he holds his memory in high regard.
