Erling Haaland expected to have a better goalscoring record than Harry Kane.

The Norwegian completed his move to the Etihad earlier this month and is already expected to challenge for the Golden Boot next season.

Kane is currently chasing the all-time record goalscorer for England which is currently held by Wayne Rooney.

Haaland has scored 86 goals in 89 games for Borussia Dortmund in the past two seasons.

On the other hand, Kane has netted 247 goals in 384 matches for Tottenham but Watford legend Ben Foster believes Haaland can easily get past Kane.

“Man City getting Haaland – if you had to pick one player you could almost guarantee Man City down to the ground it’ll have to Erling Haaland,” Foster said. “Erling Haaland I think could go on to be better than Harry Kane at scoring goals.

“Once Man City find a way of working it, a system that works he could hit the ground and just absolutely smash it next season. I’m looking forward to seeing him play because he is a beast, he’s a brute, he will bully so many people.”
