He was later substituted by Aston Villa’s Ezri Konsa.
Gareth Southgate was asked about Walker’s injury after the game, and he said, “We don’t know yet. He is feeling something but he is not a player who is injured very often so he’s not quite certain what it is. So it is something we have to assess in the coming days.”
Walker might be unavailable for Tuesday’s international friendly with Belgium at Wembley, Now, he will be in dobut for Arsenal clash as well. Man City are already dealing with injury concerns as Ederson, Kevin De Bruyne and Jack Grealish.
