Man City will continue to contemplate not handing out a contract extension.
Man City’s star midfielder Kevin de Bruyne is injured and out of football action. The club is not looking to renew the contract in future.
De Bruyne is one of the greatest players to ever represent Man City and helped the club win all major trophies since 2015. He has netted 96 goals and provided 153 assists in 358 appearances in all competitions.
He won the Premier League trophy in 2019-20 with his extraordinary show in attack. He scored 33 goals in 35 league outings. The Belgium international is now dealing with the hamstring injury that has kept him out since August.

As per the reports of Football Insider, City will continue to contemplate not handing out a contract extension if De Bruyne does not stay fit in the future.
The report adds that De Bruyne’s contract will expire in 2025. He is the club captain and one of five senior leaders in the dressing room.
