According to a fresh report of Sport, Manchester City winger Bernardo Silva is eager to seal a move to Barcelona this summer. This deal is likely to happen. The 28-year-old wants to join the Spanish club this summer.
The Portugal international had a decent season at the Etihad Stadium after producing a series of impressive displays for Man City in the final third. He netted seven goals and provided eight assists in 55 matches in the previous season across all competitions.
His current contract at Etihad will run out in the summer of 2025. It will be tough for Barca to sign this talented player. He usually plays as an attacking midfielder but can also function as a right-winger or as a box-to-box midfielder.
The Portuguese sensation can help Barca sustain another title charge in La Liga next season. Meanwhile, Pep Guardiola speaks on him and said that he will not stop any player who doesn’t want to stay. He will do everything to keep him at Man City.
