Bernardo Silva signed a new contract until the summer of 2026.
The 29-year-old Portuguese maestro has penned a new deal after fending off interest from both Barcelona and PSG this summer.
Silva has garnered 308 appearances so far for Pep Guardiola’s side winning five Premier League titles, two FA Cups, four League Cups and the Champions League in his six years at the Etihad.
The Portuguese playmaker could achieve more at City and Pep Guardiola made sure he did not leave this summer.

“I’ve had six incredible years at Manchester City and I’m delighted to extend my time here,” said Silva.
“Winning the Treble last season was extremely special and it’s exciting to be part of a squad where there is such a hunger and passion.
“Success makes you want even more, and this Club gives me that opportunity to keep on winning. I love the manager, my team-mates and the fans and hope we can share even more great memories in the coming years.”
City are also close to announcing a new deal for Kyle Walker who was linked with a move to Bayern Munich this summer.
