Tottenham have to compete with Newcastle and Juventus. It’s important for the player can have a great time. Tottenham currently have Yves Bissouma, Pape Sarr, Rodrigo Bentancur and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg. So, it’s not easy to find a place there.

Juventus could be an ideal choice for Phillips. He will not find extra competition in the midfield section. He has made 9 appearances for City this season across all competition and 4 came in the Premier League.
