Gazzetta REPORTS that Phillips is not in the plan of Pep Guardiola and he is looking to find new challenges at some other clubs.
The Cityzens are looking to sell their midfielder as they can get a good amount from top European clubs. Phillips wants to play regular football ahead of Euro 2024.
Tottenham have to compete with Newcastle and Juventus. It’s important for the player can have a great time. Tottenham currently have Yves Bissouma, Pape Sarr, Rodrigo Bentancur and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg. So, it’s not easy to find a place there.
Juventus could be an ideal choice for Phillips. He will not find extra competition in the midfield section. He has made 9 appearances for City this season across all competition and 4 came in the Premier League.
